Miami, Fla. (January 9, 2022) –  The argentinian driver Federico Hermida, 2021 FIA F4 Argentina Champion, joins the lineup of International Motorsports drivers to compete in the YACademy Winter Series 2022. For the 17-year-old Hermida, it will be his debut in an open-wheel international series. 

 

Federico arrives to the United States, after his debut in F4 Argentina, during the 2021 season, he scored 4 pole positions, 11 podiums and 9 wins. His career in argentinian motorsport dates back to 2019, with his beginning in open wheel-cars. During 2019 he starred in a tough battle for the national kart title and the regional title in 2018.
